ON PUBLIC PRAYER:
"While the other 5 reforms I espouse do not need a specific Amendment to the Constitution, this one on Public
Prayer is both required and prudent :
"1. At all public gatherings and at public schools, the "Our Father ..." shall be recited by those present, standing,
with those not willing to so recite, standing but silent, and with the following text:
"Our Father, Speaker and Creator, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name, Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done,
on earth as it is in (the) heaven (of heavens). Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us out trespasses as we
forgive those who trespass against us (or "forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors"). And lead us not into
temptation, but deliver us from evil [deliver us LORD from every evil, give us peace in our day, in Thy Mercy, free us
from all sin, and deliver us from anxiety and worry, as we wait (and work and pray) in joyful hope for the coming of
the "new heavens and new earth". Amen" and where those texts in [] are added to the texts given in Scripture, and
those in () are optional alternatives or additions.
This Amendment would have to be initiated by the State Legislatures or people, calling for a New Constitutional
Convention, limited to consideration of only this Amendment, unless the Courts uphold the power of Congress to
propose this Amendment to the States as an Amendment formalizing the long-standing fact that the United States is
a Theist Republic, not an Atheist Republic, but not establishing any one denomination of Theism.
(2) The Ten Commandments shall also be posted in a permanent, conspicuous location on or in or on the grounds
of all public buildings, including public schools, in the version in Deuteronomy or Leviticus, as the duly elected
authority of each public entity shall decide"
