in monthly installments of $18.88;

back at the end of 5 years.
But be informed that this investment
is not an offer to sell publicly-traded
securities, nor is it insured by any
government agency, it may gain or
lose value. Also, WERCo is not yet
listed as an LLC with the Secretary of
State of Illinois. We will so list
ourselves partly on the basis of this
Private Loan, and part of the Loan will
be used to accelerate repayment of
Company Debt at this lower interest
rate of 5% (we currently pay 9.9%).

proprietorship with the County Clerk
